Since the start of 2010 we have been asking our clients to fill out a feedback form and evaluate our services. This information would then be used to help us learn how we did, and maybe also looking at ways of improving our level of customer service.

I have to admit I only found you by trawling the internet and felt the website looked professional, but we will definitely be passing your number on and using you next time we have a party. I do want to thank you for the wonderful disco you did for my daughter, Sarah's, 18th birthday celebration. You and your co-worker were helpful and efficient, the choice of music was appropriate to the young people there (and I appreciated the requests you were able to do for myself and others!) The lighting and smoke effects were atmospheric and have come out fantastically in the photos taken on the night, and your occasional words as DJ seemed to be just at the right time and in the right manner. Everything was set up and taken down with the minimum of fuss and we were glad you were easily able to accommodate our requests for the night. Thanks!
