1. Availability check

2. Your booking visit
Should you wish, we will meet with you at your house or venue & discuss all your requirements. We will then complete a Booking Sheet which contains all relevant information like names of all parties involved, song for the first dance, special requests and dedications for your Wedding day. This is then usually sent to you by e-mail, at which point we make a request for a small deposit.
3. Booking sheet and deposit cheque returned
You return the Booking Confirmation Form which enables us to fully prepare for the day and above all make sure your requested music is available.
4. Confirmation telephone call
Two weeks before the big day we will phone you to confirm all arrangements including times for us to set up.
5. Your Wedding day
Due to the preparation that we have undertaken a great night is guaranteed. You pay the balance 14 days prior to the event and on the day everyone leaves happily reflecting on a brilliant day.
