Our 6 Stage Approach

1. Check Availability

2. Select Your Wedding Day Requirements

Go to our Wedding Packages Diamond, Sapphire & Ruby

3. Your Personal Consultation

We will meet with you at your house or venue prior to & after booking to plan key parts of your wedding day to make sure your entertainment is exactly how you want it to be. We will then complete a Booking Sheet which contains all relevant information like names of all parties involved, song for the first dance, special requests and dedications for your Wedding day. This is then usually sent to you by e-mail along with a contract, at which point we make a request a booking fee. For More Information about our Personal consulation look here.

4. Contract & Booking Fee Returned

You return the Contract which enables us to fully prepare for the day and above all make sure your requested music is available.

5. Confirmation Telephone Call

Two weeks before the big day we will phone you to confirm all arrangements including times for us to set up.

6. Your Wedding Day

Due to the preparation that we have undertaken a great night is guaranteed. You pay the balance 14 days prior to the event and on the day everyone leaves happily reflecting on a brilliant day.
