At the meeting we'll go through what it is you are looking for on your wedding day, how you can imagine it's going to be, how you want to feel and how your guests will feel. I am full of great ideas and advice from my previous extensive weddings. For more information on our meetings click here.

I'll listen carefully to your own requirements and then make any suggestions I feel would enhance your wedding day. After our meeting I'll provide you with a tailored quotation to consider at your own leisure.

I'm then available by phone or e-mail to chat to finalise your details right up to your wedding day.

Cutting the Cake & First Dance

If the cutting of the cake is to be cut between the wedding breakfast & the first dance, this can also be announced to the guests. This can be done either by a simple cake cutting or the cake cutting ceremony can be performed.

At the appropriate moment, the music level is increased slightly and more upbeat music is played leading up to the time of your first dance.

I'll ensure that your guests are gathered ready to welcome you to the dancefloor when I will formally introduce you to the room.

You may like invited guests to join you during the first (or second) dance in which case I'll call them at the appropriate point.

Evening Disco

We will then supply you with a specialist wedding DJ for you and your guests to dance the night away. While remembering, some of those Traditions like the Bouquet Toss & The Garter Toss.

We play a great selection of music from 50's to present day that will guarantee to keep the dance floor busy all night long.

You have total control over the songs they choose and it’s a great way of getting them involved in the planning of your special day!

Our internet-based planning system allows you to browse our extensive music library to choose your special first dance and build a playlist of your favourite songs. Your guests can also have access to the system so they too can choose their favourite songs!

Later in the evening, any other events such as the tossing of the bouquet or the buffet meal will be announced accordingly and the music and lighting adjusted as necessary to set the scene.

Throughout the course of the evening I'll be referring to your playlist (and your "don't play list" no matter who requests them!) to guide the music selection, filling in with similar songs and guest requests as appropriate.

Towards the end of the evening I can either build up to a crescendo or slow things down a little to suit your requirements and any specific "Send off" song you may have in mind.

Client Comments

“Thanks again for such a brilliant show. I can't think how the music list could have been improved overall. In particular, the guests who were there for the last hour or so, are still talking about it!
All in all, it was really one of the highlights of the whole day for everyone.”
